Do you charge for a service call?
Our diagnostic visit is $89 and includes a written quote for the repair. Comfort Club members never pay a diagnostic fee.
Repair or replace: how do I decide?
If your system is over 15 years old, needs a major repair, or uses R-22 refrigerant, replacement usually makes sense. We’ll show you both options and the numbers, with no pressure.
How long does a new system take to install?
Most furnace, AC and heat pump replacements are done in one day; a full heat pump system with a new air handler can take two.
What’s in the Comfort Club?
Two precision tune-ups a year (heating in the fall, cooling in the spring), 15% off repairs, no diagnostic or overtime fees, and priority scheduling. $18.95 a month or $199 a year.
Do you offer financing?
Yes: new systems can be financed with approved credit, including 0% options. Ask for details on your quote.
